2026 Spring Conference

The OSNA Spring Conference promises to be an enriching and informative event, offering a comprehensive program designed for professionals in school nursing. Attendees can look forward to an extensive 5 hours dedicated to the latest advancements and practices in Pediatric Neurology, where experts will delve into key topics affecting children with neurological conditions. In addition, there will be 4 hours focused on diabetes, exploring contemporary approaches to management, care strategies, and emerging research in this critical area.

The conference will also highlight important discussions surrounding neurodiversity, emphasizing the significance of understanding and supporting children with diverse neurological definitions. A segment on Orthopedics will address common injuries and treatment protocols essential for pediatric patients.

A key highlight of the event is the second Annual Health Technology and Skills Fair, where participants will have the opportunity to engage in hands-on demonstrations and interactive sessions. This year’s fair will cover vital topics such as diabetes management, effective airway management techniques, clean intermittent catheterization, G-tube management, and strategies for responding to orthopedic injuries.

To inspire and motivate, the conference will feature a Leadership Keynote address by the esteemed NASN President, Lynn Nelson, who will share insights on the future of school nursing and the pivotal role that healthcare professionals play in advocating for the health of children.
